Can I just say that I can’t believe how popular s’mores are? We were just at the grocery store and I noticed how every product has a “s’more” flavor. No kidding! Pancakes, cereal, granola bars, ice cream, snack mix, Oreo cookies, and more!

Did you also know that Monday, August 10th is National S’more Day? Well, it is! In celebration of everything that is good and right in the world (I love chocolate just a little!) I am offering up 5 great variations of s’more recipes.

A s’more (sometimes spelled smore) is a traditional nighttime campfire treat consisting of a roasted marshmallow and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker.
