Hip Homeschool Hop 1/17/17 – 1/21/17

Welcome to the Hip Homeschool Hop!

Hip Homeschool Hop
Thank you for linking up with us on our Hip Homeschool Hop! We’re glad to have you. And if you’re here to take a look around and find some fun topics, good information, ideas, or support, we’re glad to have you too! But first we hope you’ll take a look at some of our team members’ favorite posts from last week’s Hop. Enjoy!

I (Wendy) chose How to Homeschool Simply (The Teen Years) as one of my favorite posts from last week’s Hop. So many people are worried about homeschooling during the teen years, but it can be done, and it doesn’t have to be scary! I really enjoyed this simple, practical article on the topic.

Dachelle blogs at Hide the Chocolate, and she chose Books That Feature Homeschoolers as her favorite post from last week. Dachelle chose this post because: “This post is full of books the feature homeschoolers. I was originally pulled in by Nim’s Island (a book we just finished and loved), but then I discovered so many books that I had never heard of.”

HHM team member Heidi blogs at Starts at Eight. She chose Montessori-Inspired Arctic and Antarctic Unit as her favorite. She chose this post because: “I love the extensive and varied amount of resources here! So many great hands-on activities!”

Guidelines for the hop:

  1. You can link up to 3 posts from your blog. Make sure you use the exact URL to the post.
  2. You can link up kid activities, homeschool related, or homemaking/recipe posts. Posts unrelated to these topics will be removed. (Please no product reviews or “marketing” posts unless they are homeschool related.)
  3. Please either include the Hip Homeschool Hop button (found at the bottom of the site) or a link back to Hip Homeschool Moms.
  4. The linky will go live each week at 6am EST, and will be live until Saturday at midnight.

Share your love for HHM;

  1. Thanks so much to Heidi for featuring my Montessori-inspired Arctic and Antarctic unit! I’ve been having so much fun adding to my collection of Arctic and Antarctic printables and activities this year. Thank you for hosting the Hip Homeschool Hop each week. 🙂
