HHM Favorite Posts and this week’s Hip Homeschool Hop 10/15/2013
Welcome to the Hip Homeschool Hop!
Favs from last week:
Did you see these posts? We loved them! Here’s a few of our favorites from last week:
Trish’s favorite was Autumn Nail Art from Crafting Connections. Trish said–
“I love nail art and have been meaning to try this media with my boys… but just haven’t worked it in. Danielle’s article is great! She lists the step by step instructions and she even provided extensions for this lesson!”
Taunya enjoyed A Great Balancing Act’s Science Journal Notebooking Guide beacuase–
“Our family loves science. As we move into the upper levels of learning I need to find ways to keep the kids engaged. I love the simplicity of Jessy’s notebook organization. Makes me want to get organized!”
Darcy liked Kid’s Activities Blog’s Dramatic Play Bags and shared–
“We love crafts! We especially love crafts that I don’t have to go buy expensive supplies for AND use toys we already have at home. This is an awesome idea!”
Our team member Leanne loved Joy Focused Learning’s Fruits of the Spirit activity.
Leanne said, “I’m always looking for ways to incorporate the Fruits of the Spirit in our homeschool. I love the printables that she has created as well.”
Team member Elizabeth enjoyed Intentional Influence: A Homeschooler’s Adventure‘s post about Book Character Dress Up Day.
Liz said, “I often forgot about activities like this in the business of our everyday. My boys would adore dressing up like their favorite character. I needed this reminder!”
