Favs from last week:

Did you see these posts? We loved them! Here’s a few of our favorites from last week:

Team Member Heidi loved Literature Lessons from Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

She added, ” I have to go with the Literary Lessons from the Magic Kingdom post this week! We are from NY and have taken our children to the Magic Kingdom a couple of times. I LOVE how this post ties the original books like Swiss Family Robinson, The Jungle Book, Alice in Wonderland and more into not only reading the books, but connecting them with the Disney movie versions, and attractions at the park. I always find it interesting to compare/contrast books with the movies that are made from them and this is a way for younger children to critically think about this.”

Financial Tips

Team Member Liz preferred Financial Tips for becoming a Stay At Home Mom.

She remarked, “We struggled to be a one income family as well and I love the tips on this post and the honesty she shares!”

Team Member Trish liked the Digestive System activity.

She remarked, “I love hands-on learning activities and this digestive system sure fits that bill. It is a lesson these children will not soon forget…. look at their faces! What a great way to study about how our body works!”

Make a Bed for American girl sized doll icon

Team Member Wendy praised Making a Bed for Dolls and Teddy Bears.

She added, “Those of us with girls who like American Girl dolls will like this one about how to make a doll bed for them.”

420 20 Art Activities for 3-year-olds

Team Member Leann enjoyed 20 Easy Art Activities for your 3-year-old.

She said, “These look like great ideas if you are looking for some easy art projects to do with those preK kids who are wanting to ‘do school’ like their bigger siblings, but you don’t have enough time to plan.
